Rocky's Fundraiser
Rocky is a 6 year old girl who takes riding lessons at Strides. 
Recently, she drew a lovely picture of herself and a friend riding at our ranch. Rocky wanted to help Strides and her friend Omar (see below). This inspired her mom to make notecards out of the picture Rocky drew, and sell them to raise money for Strides.
Rocky's friend, Omar is a 13 year old disabled rider at Strides, and he loves vaulting (doing gymnastics) on the horse. Omar was in a wheelchair on a ventilator until he was 8. Now he stands and smiles on a horse. Omar loves Vaulting (gymnastics on the horse), but Strides does not have a vaulting surcingle strong enough for Omar or other large riders.
It is Rocky's wish that the first money raised from the notecards will go to buy a vaulting surcingle for Strides. The rest will be used to buy items needed from our wish list. Rocky's family has donated the printing of the cards, so all of the money raised will go 100% to Strides and you can take a tax deduction for the full amount you donate. We suggest a $30 donation for 10 cards. To help Rocky help us, please donate $30 or more to Rocky's Fundraiser, and we will send you your notecards immediately.
