Welcome to the world of therapeutic riding.

Therapeutic horseback riding is a special world that brings together horses, disabled and disadvantaged children and adults, caring volunteers, and professionals in the medical, psychological and educational fields. In the process, the lives of everyone involved are enriched.

Therapeutic riding is appropriate for most people with disabilities, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Disabilities, ADD, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Paralysis, Amputations, Down Syndrome, Stress Disorders and more.

Welcome to Lydia Lercari from Uruguay, who has joined Strides to help us start the first-ever

Spanish-speaking therapeutic riding center in Los Angeles. This wing of our program will be called "Sinlimites" which means "Without Limits". We believe that on the back of the horse there are NO LIMITS. Los Angeles Mayor Villagrosa has endorsed our new venture, and we look forward to serving a large portion of the Los Angeles population that has, until now, been under-served.
